Renewal, Moved, & Cancellation Policy

By signing up with Nutri Green, your services will remain active indefinitely. ALL Nutri Green services will automatically renew on January 1st of each calendar year. You will be reminded of this annually by US mail and/or electronic communication towards the end of each calendar year. You will receive prior written notice of any price increase. Cancellation requests MUST be made via phone call to our office during regular business hours at 817.232.8550 and for your protection, these requests cannot be made via voice mail and/or digital communication.

Our regular business hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, Central Standard Time. At the discretion of Nutri Green, if a prepaid client moves within our service area and wishes to engage our services at the new address, we may transfer any remaining prepaid credit balance to the new property upon prepayment of any remaining balance to initiate a prepaid service at the new address for the remainder of the
calendar year.

Billing Terms & Conditions

Charges for Nutri Green services are due upon receipt. We offer two convenient billing options. You may either pay as services are rendered with a Visa, Mastercard or Discover, OR prepay to receive a discount on all your services for the entire year. There are absolutely no refunds on prepaid services. We do not accept checks or other forms of payment for non-prepaid accounts. An account will be considered past due thirty (30) days after the date of the last performed service on your property. Past due accounts shall bear a service and/or finance charge of the maximum allowable by law in the amount of 1.75% with a minimum late fee of $10.00 per month. A past due account of thirty (30) days or more will void all responsibility of Nutri Green to a customer and the customer’s property.

New customer promotional discounts applied to your first lawn care application are contingent upon agreement to full program and are void if services are discontinued prior to that program’s completion and you will be billed the full retail price for the first application.

Timing of Services

Nutri Green is responsible for the scheduling and the performing of timely treatments. The timing of services will be based on the weather, property location, and the needs specific to your lawn and/or landscape needs.

Service Calls/Service Continuity

It will typically require at LEAST one full year or more of services to achieve optimal results. Your lawn and/or landscape’s response will depend on the condition of your property prior to beginning services, the type of grasses, trees, and shrubs, and whether the lawn is mowed and watered as directed. After that, continuous Nutri Green treatments will help protect your property from seasonal problems, provide proper weed control and nutrition to aid with your lawn and/or landscape’s overall health. If a problem arises, or you believe that a treatment is ineffective, please contact our office at 817.232.8550 immediately and we will address the problem as quickly as possible. We will schedule a special visit to your property provided that:

1. You have been a full- p r o g r a m Nutri Green customer for a period of no less than 6 CONTINUOUS months.
2. You have allowed at least 10-14 days since your most recent application before contacting our office.
3. You are not currently due for your next service.
4. The issue with your property is controllable.

Our results over time are a function of continuous, non-interrupted services. If you skip a treatment, we cannot perform free service calls and you will be billed for service calls requested by you at the regular service treatment costs.

Services already on today’s schedule cannot be canceled.
